In view of the current situation caused by COVID-19, all return requests made after May 30th is taking longer than expected. Rest assured that we are working really hard to make it as fast as possible.
We Love Fetish, stand behind out products, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchased products, we offer an exchange or a full refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Order must be received first before they can apply for return or refund.
Once the item is received, buyer can have 14 days to apply for return / refund.
Returns and Refunds are an application process. To apply for your Return/Refund, we require the following:
Receipt or Proof of Purchase.
Detailed reason – what went wrong along with the product’s photo
Once the Refund Application is reviewed and approved, GDL Hansell Supply will refund the money in FULL.
Shipping fees will be refunded once proved eligible, whether for refund or replacement/exchange.

We accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. Before you make your purchase, make sure to check out this list of non-refundable items:
Exchange All returns are refunded via store credit. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course, feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: (location of the store)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES
While we strive to provide the highest level of service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are provided for your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided. All orders that are returned to sender (firstname.lastname@example.org) due to incorrect information supplied by the customer (incorrect or incomplete address) will be processed as a normal return and issued store credit.
